The last long weekend of the year is upon us. Which is hard to believe given the amazing weather we have had the last couple of days but then you look up and see all the beautiful colours and it clearly reminds us that it is indeed Fall. We are very fortunate to have such beautiful scenery right in our back yard and only need to look out the window to enjoy. Muskoka is truly amazing any time of year with every season offering us stunning views all year round. I just wanted to remind everyone that we will be Closed on Monday October 10, 2016 for Thanksgiving. We would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. I am very Thankful to live the life I lead with all the wonderful people I am fortunate to have surrounding me.

I love Thanksgiving. It's one of my favorite times of the year with all the beautiful leaves falling making Muskoka look absolutely beautiful. I like having my entire family surround me talking, playing or preparing the food. Just having everyone home for at least one day is the best part of the day..... and not working. Don't get me wrong, I love the food and I come prepared with loose fitting pants so I can eat all I want but my eyes always seem to be bigger than my stomach. I wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will be CLOSED on Monday October 10, 2016 so we can celebrate with our family and friends.

***** TIME IS RUNNING OUT ***** The sun is still shining and we are soaking up the last few weeks of warm weather. We all wish it would last forever but who are we kidding, we live in MUSKOKA. We know what's coming. It comes every year. WINTER! Cold, Harsh unforgiving winter months. We do what we always do. PREPARE FOR IT. Speaking of being prepared, have you found storage for your summer toys? Time is not on your side and space is running out. If you have not reserved a spot inside our climate controlled, secure facility I would do so right away. We have very limited space remaining and what is left is going quickly. We are in for a rough winter so it is not a good year to leave your investments outside with Mother Nature.
