Beth is such a lovely and gracious source of kitchen tools and wisdom. I've now purchased to Wusthof knives from her after receiving a (brief) course on the differences between makers, how to keep them sharp, and the best knives for the job. And she makes a fine cookie on a Saturday morning. Please make a point of visiting and picking up a gift for someone, or a gift for yourself. (That's what I did.) You'll be delighted. (And I am too!)
