DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES.

Any theme you can think of! A soft sugar cookie decorated with royal icing that comes in various sizes: 2” mini, 3“ medium, 4” large, and 5” and more Xtra large. Cost varies on the detail of the design. Corporate logos and images can be transferred onto sugar cookies. Minimum order one dozen.

PEANUT BUTTER

Peanut butter cookies are highly addictive; nutty, sweet and soft in the middle, finished with the iconic fork crisscross on top. Yummy.

CHOCOLATE CHIP

A serious chocolate chip cookie for the chocoholic in your life. This cookie has so much semi-sweet and bitter-sweet chocolate in every bite full, you won’t want to share them.

CRANBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE

Chunks of white chocolate and sweetened cranberries in a butter cookie, very festive at Christmas.

MACADAMIA WHITE CHOCOLATE

Chunks of white chocolate and macadamia nuts in a butter cookie that melts in your mouth.

GINGER MOLASSES CRINKLES

This cookie has crispy edges with a soft gingerbread center made with Organic molasses, all topped with a crackly sugar crust. Amazing and one of the most popular cookies of the bakery.

CHOCOLATE GINGERBREAD

How do you make a gingerbread cookie even more scrumptious? You add coco powder and bitter-sweet chocolate morsels to the cookie.

COCOA NIB

Cocoa nibs are toasted cocoa beans that have been crushed into tiny irregular crunchy bits, perfect for cookies. Chocoholics rejoice, as these cookies have real bittersweet flavour, and the chocolate flavour is intensified by semisweet chocolate morsels.

LEMON SNOWFLAKES

These cookies are like a Madeleine, soft cake like texture, lemon flavour that is intense with a crackle finish and a dusting of powdered sugar.

MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

What happens when you add just a pinch of cayenne pepper to a chocolate cookie, an amazing taste combination occurs. Try one and you won’t be disappointed.

OATMEAL

Made with a variety of different add ins, depending on Granny Lyn’s cravings that day such as Yellow raisins, Sweetened coconut, Semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and her favourite cinnamon chips.

SHORTBREAD

French Blue Lavender –Lavender flowers speckled throughout flaky shortbread, and dusted with sugar. Once you try one you will not be disappointed.

Coconut – Fine macaron coconut mixed with buttery shortbread; Granny Lyn’s Kitchen specialty.

Ginger – Do you like Ginger? Do you really really like Ginger? Then these shortbreads are for you; fresh grated ginger, crystallized ginger bits and powder ginger for the Triple Crown of ginger cookies.

Maple – Made with Muskoka Maple Sugar and maple syrup.

Christmas Cookies
Every day we will be posting a different Christmas cookie that you can buy individually or mix and match to suit you sweet cravings and holiday entertaining. First up - what is Christmas without shortbread? Made using my Mom’s recipe, this melts in your mouth and you cannot stop at just one.

Our next Christmas cookie is a Gingerbread Man (and/or woman). Our gingerbread cookie is moist, tender and loaded with ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. We sell these cute cookies wrapped in a clear sealed bag that ensures they are kept fresh and flavourful.

Our next Christmas cookie is the Empire Cookie, vanilla cookie sandwiches your choice of raspberry or strawberry filling, and then topped off with an almond icing. We have been selling a lot of these during November, and will continue to make then right up to Christmas.

Our fourth Christmas cookie is our Ginger Molasses Kringle Cookie, which I hear from so many customers that it is the BEST Ginger Molasses cookie they have ever had. We think so too, but you be the judge and be sure to let me know.
