Would you like to watch the creation of a painting or try your hand at watercolour painting or weaving? FREE EVENTS!
Saturday, September 29 from 9 am to 12 pm, you can watch artist, Christine Bojahra, demonstrate her exquisite watercolour technique. Then from 1 to 3 pm you can create your watercolour float card with artist, Wendie Donabie.
On Sunday, September 30 from 12 noon to 5 pm, artist, Hannah Strand, will guide you in making your own small weaving project. And Christine Bojahra will return to demonstrate watercolour painting from 2 to 4 pm.
Every Culture Days weekend across Canada thousands of free, hands-on, interactive activities are available where the public can discover the world of artists, creators, heritage experts, architects, curators, designers and other creative professionals in their communities.
