Jiffy Lube left a drain plug washer off when they changed my oil. I ended up with an oil leak, and a mess on my garage floor. I took the car into Canadian Tire who diagnosed the problem and fixed it for just under $50. I called JL, told them the problem and asked them to refund the money I had paid to fix the problem they had caused. They refused and offered my $10 of my next oil change. Needless to say, I will not be returning, not even for A $10 discount.
