Lacking in customer service! I like my mattress and box spring but only one man delivered it and I had to do a lot of lifting with him to get it in the bedroom, being a queen size, exhausting! It is unacceptable to expect an elderly customer to do this. Also there were a couple of rips in the box spring but I was told it must have happened when it was brought in to my place, not possible! Also they screwed up on the charge for removing the old mattress and box spring, so I was expected to pay extra before he left. I would not recommend this company.

Fabulous Service, great prices right here in Bracebridge, no need to shop the big box stores for mattresses, and they deliver!
