Bought LG appliance package. Fridge had faulty compressor. Went through warranty process. Nightmare! New LG fridge finally arrived. Had to pay for delivery & door removal.. Again! Had to pay for removal and door removal of faulty fridge .. again. Was told new fridge was discontinued! Delivery damaged ceiling bringing in new fridge! Fridge installed & had an extremely loud fan! Called store Customer Support .. sent them video of noise.. was told it would go away!(?) Finally THEY agreed fan was faulty. TOLD go through warranty! WOW! Now waiting for service on brand new fridge on FIRST day it was installed! This store will not budge on EXTRA hidden cost for delivery or installation on new install or warranty replacement installs! Be aware!

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company in all my furniture purchasing. I purchased a sectional in march of 2021. about 2800.00.

Just a few months in i called to complain about the back of the reclining chair was all bent out of shape and sagging. I did have to cancer due to covid and a cancer diagnosis . But early this spring i had several emails back and forth with several people from leons in bracebridge. By this point there are also several places on the section that has stitching coming out. Two guys came who were very professional and they said `This is insane 'they should be replacing your entire unit. After waiting several weeks to hear back from bracebridge I was informed they wanted to pick up the pieces effected and they would be sent away to be repaired. So this would be 3 pieces for stitching repair , and 4 pieces for the damaged recliner.... as its the recliner seat and back as well as the one that sits beside it because the problem is where it hooks together........

So they want to take 7 pieces of my 10 piece sectional... and it will be gone for 6-8 weeks.. i also purchased the extra insurance to cover this stuff which they had no problem encouraging me to purchase at the time.

the final reply from leons bracebridge was , we can pick up the pieces for repair or you can call and see if the insurance will cover the replacement. There has been no solution!!! I am very unhappy and wont ever purchase from there again!

Fantastic service from Leon's in Muskoka. We ordered a GE washer dryer pair and the washer did not work (no spin cycle). Leon's was great, in particular Michelline and Denise in their service department, and delivered a replacement in a timely fashion. Would have rated them 6 stars out of 5 if I could have! On the other hand, GE technical service was untimely, unhelpful and stuck in their bureaucratic process. It was Leon's staff who resolved the issue, and I will definitely shop at Leon's again.

We recently experienced an issue with two separate items purchased a year ago. Following a call to their customer service department and a visit from both a service technician and the GM , we are pleased to report Leon's exceeded our expectation. It is great to deal with a supplier who understands Customer Satisfaction is truly derived from repeat sales.

I e-mailed the Leon's store in Huntsville looking for information and advice about new mattresses for our cottage. I received a timely response from a Leon's rep who was very helpful and answered my questions about quality, pricing, availability and store hours. We arrived at the store, bought mattresses and arranged for free delivery to our cottage (30 minutes north of Huntsville) in a very fast and efficient, but not hurried transaction. The sales person was knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and made good recommendations. Delivery was made on the appointed day and the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. We are pleased with our purchase and our interaction, in person and through e-mail, with the Leon's personnel.

We just had our new dinning room set delivered this morning. It was a custom build from Munro's Furnishings. We were so surprised that Muskoka Leon's was a dealer for Munro's when we were shopping for a new set. We picked out the style and finish with Tom and after waiting over a month for it to arrive, they had made the wrong style of chairs. Tom called us the day before it was delivered and told us that we could keep these chairs or they would let us use them until the right ones were built and delivered. We have always had the best service when dealing with Muskoka Leon's. Tom, Pete and Jeff are so knowledgeable about the products they sell and will make sure you are happy with your experience there. The delivery guys are prompt and cautious of walls and the items they are bringing into your home. We always recommend Muskoka Leon's!

I purchased a new dishwasher and there were issues from the get go and it hadn't even been installed. I contacted Steve Brooks at Leon's in Bracebridge and he serviced me right away. It was replaced with a new dishwasher and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Steve Brooks is willing to work and satisfy his customers and has personality plus. The delivery men are awesome also and they greet you with a smile and the most respect. Thanks again Heather and David

Leons gets customer service right. We purchased an expensive sectional that, when delivered, was poorly upholstered. The manufacturer was unwilling to deal with our issues. Leons staff helped us choose another sectional, from another manufacturer and, although the second unit was more expensive than the first, delivered the well made unit in a straight exchange. We appreciate that Leons went above and beyond, standing by their customers.

Have you ever driven past either the Bracebridge Leons store or the Huntsville Leons store and wondered why there aren't more cars in their parking lots? That's because their customers have already been more than satisfied, and they're at home enjoying their purchases. My wife and I recently needed to replace a refrigerator when ours went on the fritz. I stayed home working on other things. Before I knew it, the delivery men were at the door to bring the new fridge in, and my wife wasn't even home yet!! They stripped off all the packaging; put their booties on over their shoes; and rolled it into the house. They moved out the old one, slid in the new, hooked up the power, and waited for it to cool. In minutes, they reminded me of another guy I know - "He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, And away they all flew like the down of a thistle. But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove out of sight, "Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!" Several weeks later, Steve Brooks of Leons called to make sure everything was working as we expected. Customer service that is second to none. When it’s house furnishings you need, visit Leons first and match their competitors to their standards. You too, will be amazed as we are!
