Gord promised much but never showed up. Unreliable.

Hi Steve. From our text messages, I can see that our last contact with you was on May 26th of 2023. I'm not sure why you chose to wait a year to reach out. Last May and last summer in general, we were inundated with business due to Starlinks release of the "waitlist" clients. We were understaffed to handle that surge, and totally taken by surprise. Many folks got lost through the cracks at that time, but those that persevered, we eventually got to. I now have 3 installation teams on staff, and 3 sub contractors...and a brick an mortar office. We are far better poised to handle an influx of demand this summer as cottagers start coming back into the area. Sorry for the dropped ball last summer...I hope you got your system installed. Cheers.
