We stayed in Cottage 1 which is a one room Cottage. Nevertheless it had everything you need. You can clearly see the renovation being done over the years, for example: New Ikea furniture, new fridge, new floor. We even had a Wi-Fi signal. Use of Canoes and Kayaks was included. All in all a very good place to visit and hike Algonquin, even more considering the price! Stayed September 2014, traveled as a couple just_f3lix Karlsruhe, Germany

My family has stayed with the Smiths since they owned the Parkway. They have put alot of time,effort,money and hard-work into upgrading the resort. They have improved the cabins-2 new ones,upgrades to several others, new furniture,new canoes and kayaks(which are included with your stay). Colin,Brenda and James are friendly, caring owners who endeavour to make everyone's visit great. They take the time to explain canoeing to novices, describe area attractions and maintain a clean, quiet, safe resort-NO WILD PARTIES HERE!!! just peace and quiet.A great place to stay to check out the autumn leaves-book now.
