I have dealt with Keith and Kathy for many years and found them to be very easy to deal with. They will go out of their way to make sure you get what you are asking for.They are both no pressure sales people. If they are not sure about something they will get on the phone and get you the right answer. You can't please all the people all the time. Keep up the great work you do for people like me in Bracebridge.

Today unfortunately, my son experienced very poor customer service from the owner of this music store. The owner was on the phone and my son went to try out a few guitars. Once the owner was off the phone he told my son that he'd not sanitized, which my son apologized for and went and did. My son then asked if he could try another guitar, at which time the owner said, “is this within your price range?". My son said that the owner continued to make remarks to my son, making him feel quite uncomfortable. He stated something like “store guitars should not be played during Covid and that he doesn't like the strings worn". My son is a really kind and polite kid but he told me that he felt picked on so he left the store. I had just made a couple purchases a few doors down and went into the store to talk to the owner. First off I told him that my son comes from a family full of musicians, some of which are paid for their musicianship. I talked to him about how he was discriminatory towards my son and that his customer service towards him had been very poor. I asked him how he had determined that one of the guitars my son had asked to try was out of his price range? Just because my son is only 18 does not mean that his family cannot afford an expensive guitar. In fact, my son actually has 7 mid to high priced guitars. The owner was very defensive, aloof and not at all interested in trying to correct his behaviour even though I was tactful in my discussion with him. No apology. It led me to state that I would not be shopping or recommending his store to friends, co-workers nor family to which he replied “that's fine". His wife appeared concerned about our conversation but had added that it was still Covid to which I replied that I work at a local hospital and fully understood the implication. If a store is open during these times, there are sanitizing protocols to deal with the issue, it shouldn't be used as a way to provide poor service nor to discriminate. This was our first ever visit to Bracebridge as we've just moved up to Huntsville. We had a memorable and excellent experience earlier this week at Music on Main in Huntsville and I can definitely see supporting this new and local business in the near future. With that said, we will never step foot in Precision Music again.

Second to none with customer service and expert knowledge. From strings, to guitars, to drums, to amps...I've bought it all from Keith & Kathy. A++++++

Very knowledgeable and kind owners! Great selection of guitars for a shop in a small town.
