Rory is professional, good at what he does, not pushy, and has excellent customer service. I called for a quote after reading recommendations on Facebook and he got back to me the same day. The work was done within a week, on time and on budget. He didn't make me feel weird about asking to see proof of insurance and he promptly supplied it. He took time to teach us a few things that will serve us for the rest of our lives. He is a breath of fresh air in a time when many businesses seem to over-commit and under-deliver.
