I found this owner to be rude and lazy. She refused to sew a cushion because she gets "itchy" from the stuffing. She wouldn't consider the other cushions I needed to have repaired either even though they didn't have any stuffing. Her advertising clearly states she repairs pillows and cushions. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.
