A Top To Bottom Home Inspection gives you detailed narrative-style written report with a multi-page summary at the beginning, outlining the issues in the following three priorities - safety, repairs or upgrades, and maintenance. The total report is approximately 40 to 50 pages complete with full-colour photos. Additional educational documents are also supplied to help you understand the operation and maintenance of specific systems of the property.
