The cooler weather is here bringing all the beautiful coloured leaves to the ground signaling the the start of the annual fall clean up in preparation for winter. Flowers are being cut back, lawns are being raked, wood is being cut, summer cars are being put away, boat and trailers are being winterized. Thanksgiving is upon us once again which signals the end of the camping/cottage season for many as they use the long weekend to close up their summer place for another year. Preparing for winter is never fun but necessary when you live in Muskoka. I hope we have beautiful weather for the long weekend to get outside and enjoy all the beautiful fall colours with our friends and family. Premium Storage will be open on Saturday October 7, 2017 from 9:00am to 2:00pm but will be CLOSED on Monday October 9, 2017 for Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
The last long weekend of the summer is here already. Where did the summer go. The traffic is already getting thick here in Muskoka with everyone filling their gas tanks to get to their weekend destination for some much deserved quiet time. Time to relax and have some fun. In a few short days a new school year will begin and everyone will go back to their hectic lifestyles. We want to wish everyone a happy and safe Labour Day Long Weekend. We will be CLOSED on Monday September 4, 2017 for the holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday September 5, 2017 at 8:30am.
The unofficial end of summer is quickly approaching as we get ready for another school year. Students and Teachers will back in the classroom on Tuesday September 5, 2017 to start the 2017/2018 school year. Back to school shopping is in full swing this week with parents buying clothes and supplies needed for a successful start to a new year. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that we will be open on Saturday September 2, 2017 from 9:00am to 2:00pm but we will be CLOSED on Monday September 4, 2017 for Labour Day.
It's Friday morning before a long weekend and I am sure everyone at work today is counting the hours. There is so many outdoor activities to enjoy this time of year and it sure is nice to have the extra day for family, friends and fun.
