CHOOSING THE RIGHT STORAGE FACILITY FOR YOU!
There is a good chance that many of us have used a Self Storage Unit ourshelves or known someone who has. Some are college students who use them between semesters or some of us have downsized own home, moved into a temporary residence or we just have more stuff then we have space for. Whatever the reason, many of us have needed or will need a storage unit and there are things to consider when choosing the facility that is right for you. Please consider:
Location: Make sure you choose a facility that is near by to make accessing your items easier
Access: Do you need to have access to your items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Some facilities can only be accessed during their hours of operation.
Space: Does the storage facility have the size of locker you require?
Climate Controlled or Not: What are you storing? What is your budget? If you are storing the contents of your garage or shed than an outdoor storage facility would be perfect. You would be able to access your items at anytime. If you are storing household items I would recommend a climate controlled facility. Household items are personal and expensive and you want them to stay in the same condition you left them in. Leaving them at the mercy of mother nature in an outdoor unit, you are taking a risk of items being damaged. You are able to drive right into our building keeping your items out of the elements at all time. Our climate controlled lockers are in our secure building with access during our hours of operation only providing more security than an outdoor facility can with just a pad lock and a security camera.

Happy New Year Everyone. So far 2017 has been a windy, white, wet winter wonderland in Muskoka making outside enthusiasts extremely happy. Numerous winter activities are in full swing with ski hills, snowmobile trails, skating rinks and toboggan hills full of people and snowmen popping up everywhere. The snow does make some chores more difficult to get done. Moving at this time of year is not desirable but a reality for some. When moving your items into Premium Storage you can drive right into the building preventing items from getting wet and ruined. Another Christmas has come and gone in a blink of an eye. All the time, money and energy that went into making this day magical has paid off. Smiles all around, laughter everywhere and the wonderful aroma's coming from the kitchen makes it all worth while. The memories that have been made will last a lifetime. Christmas is officially 5 days away with everyone dashing out to get the last few things on their list or to start their holiday shopping. All the last minute shoppers will be out in full force the next 4 days as they race from store to store checking items off their list. I wish everyone luck as they brave the over populated retail stores this week.

It's starting to look alot like Christmas. We are having a white Christmas in Muskoka this year folks. It's been a blustery winter wonderland the last few days with our kids having their first snow day of the year this week. The snow has brought the feeling and festive spirit of the holiday season with it. We have multiple entrances into our building here at Aspire Muskoka which means we have multiple walkways to keep clean of all snow and ice to ensure everyone's safety.
